Advance Sound Devices warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the term specified below. The warranty periods set out below commence on Advance Sound Devices original invoice date or manufacture date of the product.

Warranty period for Advance Sound Devices products are listed as below:
For iPhone, iPod Accessories, Wireless products; three (3) months from Advance Sound Devices invoice date or six (6) months from manufacture date

DOA returns must be requested within 30 days of Advance Sound Devices invoice date.

Advance Sound Devices shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to decide how DOA product claims are to be replaced with a brand new product or return for credit on original invoice price.

DOA products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

RMA returned products shall be repaired; replaced with similar or refurbished products; or credited with current market value, determined at Advance Sound Devices sole discretion after receipt of returned products.

The replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original unit or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage. Any parts or product replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Advance Sound Devices.

Advance Sound Devices shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to reject the returned products at distributors cost and risk under the following conditions:
• No RMA number marked on the outside of carton.
• Mix returned products without RMA.

Not withstanding the above, the limited warranty does not cover the following damage, deterioration, malfunction and problems that result from:
• improper transportation or packing during the return of products to Advance Sound Devices or an Advance Sound Devices authorized service providers;
• modification of Advance Sound Devices products without Advance Sound Devices written approval;
• use of the product for any purpose other than its normal intended use, or other product misuse; 
• the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Advance Sound Devices;
• service by anyone other than Advance Sound Devices or an Advance Sound Devices authorized service provider;
• improper installation of third-party products;
• improper exposure to an environment (including excessive temperature or humidity);
• unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation or electrical power,
• lightning, static electricity, fire or other acts of God;
• failure to follow product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance;
• any other cause which does not relate to a product defect;
• products for which Advance Sound Devices has not received payment;
• removing or altering factory applied serial number from the product.

Subject to the terms of point 3 below, distributor should cover all the shipping costs, and assume all risks of loss for Product shipments from distributor to Advance Sound Devices. Distributor agrees to maintain a general product insurance to fully protect the products shipped in the event of any loss or damage during transit.

Subject to the terms of point 3 below, Advance Sound Devices will cover all the shipping costs for shipment from Advance Sound Devices to distributors and Advance Sound Devices shall assume all risks of loss or damage during the transit.

In all cases, all custom duties, tariffs, and costs associated with international customs clearance, and import duties, imposed on product shipments outside of the United States shall be paid for by the Distributor, including but not limited to, shipments of defective products to Advance Sound Devices. By contrast, all custom duties, and costs associated with U.S. custom clearance, and U.S. import duties will be paid for by Advance Sound Devices, including but not limited to, shipments of repaired or replaced products.

• A valid Advance Sound Devices RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all returned packages.
• Every shipment must attach approved RMA Request Form as packing list and the returned goods must match with the attached packing list.
• Returned products must be packaged properly to avoid any shipping damages. Any damage or loss of returned goods during transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
• Advance Sound Devices will not return nor bear responsibility for any accessories shipped along with returned products. However, DOA products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Advance Sound Devices RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of RMA number issued.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY, ADVANCE SOUND DEVICES GRANTS NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
